These are so good you’ll want to eat them for breakfast. They contain delicious ingredients like raspberries, chocolate chips, and vanilla extract. The recipe is super simple, and you can customize it.

To make these cupcakes, you’ll need the following:

  • One box of chocolate chip cookies
  • 1/2 cup of butter
  • Two eggs
  • 3/4 cup of sugar
  • 2 cups of flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon of baking soda
  • Two teaspoons of vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup of chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup of raspberries
  • 1/3 cup of milk

Start by preheating your oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.

Next, you’ll melt the butter and mix it with the sugar. Once that is done, you’ll add the eggs and the vanilla extract. Mix well, and then sift in the flour and baking soda. Mix thoroughly.

Once the batter is done, transfer it to a muffin tin and sprinkle the top with chocolate chips. Bake for about 20 minutes.

Chocolate Hazelnut Meringue Cupcakes

These cupcakes are perfect for any occasion. They are super moist, yet you can still feel the crunch of the meringue on top.

Ingredients:

1 cup butter, softened

½ cup sugar

½ cup brown sugar

Two eggs

¾ cup flour

½ teaspoon baking powder

½ teaspoon baking soda

½ teaspoon salt

½ cup sour cream

½ cup chocolate hazelnut spread

1/3 cup cocoa

¼ cup milk

One teaspoon of vanilla extract

1/4 cup powdered sugar

Directions:

Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit

Grease and flour a 12-cup muffin pan

Combine butter, sugars, and eggs in a large mixing bowl

Mix until smooth

Add flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, and sour cream

Stir until batter is smooth

Fold in chocolate hazelnut spread and cocoa

Fill prepared cups 3/4 full

Bake for 20 minutes

Remove from oven and let cool

Put the dough in the fridge for at least half an hour.

Grease a muffin pan with nonstick cooking spray.

After the dough has been in the refrigerator, please remove it from the refrigerator and divide the dough into 12 pieces.

Bake the muffins in the oven for 15 minutes.

Let cool.
